Your WiiWii.tv Christmas schedule

Will Santa be bringing you a Wii this Christmas?

Just a brief post to let all you readers - yep, all twelve of you - know that it’s going to be business as usual over the Christmas period. In other words, I’ll be posting every weekday but not at weekends. Which means, yes, that there will be some posts up at some point on Christmas day.

Well, I’ve just heard on the news that two-thirds of us will be surfing the interwebs at some point on the big day, so that’s a fairly sizeable potential audience for me to appeal to. Emphasis on potential.

Anyway, in between Christmas and New Year I’ll be looking at several games which I think will be ‘big in 2009′. As well as my usual Animal Crossing update and no doubt some other stuff as well. If you’re going away for Christmas, then I, on behalf of WiiWii.tv and Shiny Media, wish you all a very happy festive period, and a prosperous 2009.

Feel free to let me know via the comments what Wii or DS-related pressies you’re expecting, and I’ll no doubt report back on any Nintendo-themed goodies I receive on Boxing Day.

Hmm, you would think that the by poll results (Its horrifically outdated by the way) that their was a fair few readers.
Seeming that I was too young to play (Or be any good at) the Metroid prime games on the cube. ‘m looking forward to the most is the Wii-Make of that game, any updates on that would be reeeeealy good. XD

    Anyway Merry Christmas.

Yeah, I’m only kidding about the reader figure. Just a bit of self-deprecatory humour. I’ll endeavour to find out a little more about the Prime Wii-make, though info isn’t really forthcoming at this current time. It doesn’t look like it’ll be here until April at the earliest, anyway - Pikmin and Mario Power Tennis are arriving before then in the west, while the Japanese already have Jungle Beat, and get Pikmin tomorrow.

Merry Christmas to you, anyway. How old were you when Prime came out on the Cube, out of interest?

Merry Xmas Chris and a happy new year. :D

I don’t think I’m getting any Wii/DS -related stuff this year (I got L4D and PoP though, so it’s all good). And boy, you’re a hard worker. If I was you I’d at least take Xmas day off. :P

Hello, I just found out about your site today. I’m glad I found it as I think you like the same games as I do. I’m 32 from Belgium, and still very into relaxing games. I got De Blob for christmas.
    Merry christmas.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. I’m planning a few new features for next year, which will hopefully bring a few new readers to this place. Watch this space.

Oh, and a merry Christmas to you all! :)

To your prime question, I was….oh god, I was only 8 years old when it was released. Considering it was my first first person shooter I kinda was a little unco at it as well, I rented it a few times but never got around to buying it. I have a hunch that Nintendo might re-make ocharina of time with updated graphics and Wii controls.
