And it’s coming out this year. Joy of joys. The latest iteration of the popular farming series - Island of Happiness - gets a PAL release on December 12th courtesy of the Big N. It’s the first Moon in a while I’ve not had a bash of immediately upon its (US) release, but early word suggests it’s perhaps the most refined entry in the franchise to date, with ace UK Nintendo mag NGamer giving the game an impressive 86%. That said, others have had issues with the controls, which are unlikely to be fixed for its European release. Yet if Nintendo sees enough good in the game to bother publishing it, the game must have some merit, right?

No word on a PAL launch for its Wii cousin, Tree of Tranquility, which our US brethren are enjoying at the moment. Hopefully it’s a mere matter of time before we hear more about that one.
