Wario Land: Shake It! is the new moniker for the avaricious rogue’s 2D adventure, set to hit US stores later than in Europe, on September 29th. But worry not, American chums - you’re getting Mario Super Sluggers on August 25th, and there’s no sign of it on the European release schedule at all.

Even better news comes with the revelation that Kirby SuperStar is getting a DS remake. It’ll be known as SuperStar Ultra, and is based on the superb original, with updated graphics, ’rendered animated cutscenes’ and a bit more besides. Great news. That one’s arriving on the same day as Wario.

The final Ninty release for the US is the puntastic Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir - a DS detective story with logic puzzles. Sounds a bit Professor Layton to me. Which reminds me: hurry up with getting that sequel localised. I can’t get enough of the plummy-voiced prof. and his young Dick Van Dyke-esque companion.
