New invention set to raise Wii’s game
Just when you thought that Wii peripherals couldn’t stoop much lower in their debasement of dignity, here comes something that, rather ironically, should stop you stooping much lower while still making you feel like a prize-winning chump. For those aching people tired of hunching over their too-low TVs for a game of Wii Sports, you can now invest in a TV stand that lifts and lowers your television to the required height.
It’s an ideal solution. No more bending over, crouching down, or stacking an unwieldy tower of books underneath. Just push a button to raise it to eye-level and there you have it. It even levels out the multiplayer playing field, too. If the cast of Time Bandits ever come round to your house, everybody gets to play fairly. Even the rather tall John Cleese. No more craning the neck to see what’s on the screen. Everbody can play how they want. You know, we set out to lambast this and now we’re pretty much sold. I’m buying two.
