Video review: Ghost Squad
Our intrepid reviewer dons the face paint and balaclava for gun-totin’ action with Sega’s Ghost Squad.
Okay, he doesn’t really. He’s just wearing that ugly maroon coloured jumper he always seems to be wearing, day in and day out.
BUT never mind that! Is the game as Foxtrot-Oscar-Bravo-Tango as we’ve been led to believe? Watch the video and find out.

While i agree with the fact it’s a bit disappointing that the game only comes with three levels, and is as you say completely on rails, i.e. no ducking. It’s a shame that you didn’t point out the fact that additional sections are added to each level as your profile progresses. Also Ghost Squad is arguably not a full price game, i picked up my copy for £25 with a free “Wii blaster” (read cheap imitation Zapper!). While i agree the game has it’s limitations there are some aspects that aer qute enjoyable. Three out of ten is a little harsh perhaps, after all nostalgia is a wonderful thing, but i think most fans are waiting for MOH:Heroes 2…..only a week to go!

yes i also own this game and i would give it at least a 6/10 definitley not a 3/10 it was fun and it is supposed to be only the arcade port of the game. It was pretty fun comleting and redoing the levels to unlock new areas of the game and it’s not bad that you can’t duck. My game only cost $29.99 I mean the game does have a high score roster that is wifi which is kinda cool.

I must say that I agree with these guys. You seem to score games either too high or too low. Its probably worth a 6 or 7. I would only start giving out 3’s to games that feel broken and are not fun to play. Yes, shooters on rails feel limited but not everyone wants to play complex games all the time. This is a great game if you just want a quick blast for an hour (excuse the term). Nicely edited review though
