Ninja inspired Wii Cases
Ninjas are up there with Samuel L. Jackson in the “everything they’re in is automatically cool” category. Hot on the tails of their disc drive light mod, Talismoon have announced eight Wii cases that they can offer to help you improve the look of the console. To celebrate their release, they have created the above video, which tries to show the thinking behind their choices for the colours of the cases. They are all based on a ninja theme, and include a “Black Katana”, which is somehow inspired by the curved sword wielded by the silent assassins, a “Blue Boshido”, inspired by the warrior ethics, and a transparent “Stealth Assassin”, inspired by a ninja’s ability to be invisible.
I’m not so sure about all that inspiration stuff, and think it’s just an excuse to give the cases cool names, but the video’s not a bad way to introduce them, and if anything it gets me even more stoked about Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword.
