My guitar gently Wii-ps - no online for Wii Guitar Hero III?

It looks like a shaky start for the inaugural appearance of Guitar Hero on Wii, as Red Octane are unable to confirm the existence of online multiplayer or downloadable content for the game. Videogames blog The Bits, Bytes and Pixel Sprites (giving WiiWii.tv a run for its money) contacted the company’s senior PR man, Bryan Lam, only to be hit with the bad news. A tragedy? Or is Lam sniggering behind his hands, ready to pull out a big, fat surprise that will finally drag the Wii out of its protracted online gaming slump? Unfortunately, we’re teetering slightly towards the former, although frankly we don’t know given this story. But, yeah, so what. We’ve got a slot on ours.

    Sorry to hear about the lack of an online mode for the wii, this game is excellent but without the online it lacks. I think i will just learn how to play a guitar for real, Great blog anyway
