Something for the BH weekend: German Wii mod spectacular
A German Nintendo enthusiast known as Mister Xaus has come up with a neat addition to the growing catalogue of fantastic Wii hardware case mods. We particularly approve of the colour-changing disco style of Mister Xaus’ mod (which he showed off here before setting Youtube alight), and his modded four-player NES confirms that he’s a dab hand with a hacksaw.
Look at the pretty colours and note how they change as the ambient temperature increases. Not sure why a Wii should have a built-in thermometer, but hey — why not? It’s getting hot in here:
