Nintendo: No boost in Virtual Console releases in the US

NintendoFor once, Nintendo have seen fit to screw over our US based gaming chums, making perfectly clear that there’s to be no huge boost in the number of Virtual Console releases any time soon.

Beth Llewelyn, Nintendo’s senior director of corporate communications stated that, “We’ve got over 100 games, we’re right where we want it to be… I don’t imagine it heating up any time soon, like all of a sudden there’s going to be five a week.”

Perhaps the good old gaming tradition of us Europeans being gamings second class citizens is finally to come to an end.

What are you whining about? Do you really have a huge problem with 3 a week give or take 1? At the rate they’ve been coming out there’s a good selection and it will steadily increase.
