Forgive the pun, but the rumour mill just keeps on rolling. The latest on “Beautiful Katamari” is that the game won’t be an X360 exclusive, but will also be appearing on the Wii. Just thinking about the wacky roll-up fun to be had with a Wii-mote and nunchuck has caused my brain to explode into a million little pieces.

The only one not invited to the party is the PS3, it is being whispered. Namco Bandai has stopped development work on that version because hardware sales have not been high enough to warrant the cost of development. This isn’t such a big deal though, simply because the PS2 has had more than its fair share of Katamari love. These same versions can also be played on the PS3.

Regardless, all this rumour and speculation is driving me nuts. It’s just a Katamari sequel for crying out loud, not an Apple iPhone. The moment when everything is confirmed (or denied) at E3 can’t come quickly enough.
