Super Smash Bros Brawl: use whatever controller you want!
Good news if your palms are already sweating at the thought of Super Smash Bros Brawl on the Wii. Developer Masahiro Sakurai has revealed that you’ll be able to play the game using the Wiimote alone, the Wiimote’n'nunchuk, the Classic Controller, and the GameCube controller.
Besides making it cheaper for people to get four-player mania from the off (if they already owned a GameCube), it’s great flexibility on Nintendo’s part – and hopefully a policy that’ll find its way into more games in the future. Well, if they don’t need the motion-sensing stuff, obviously.
