- Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux would love to develop for Wii, if his ass wasn’t owned by Microsoft. Which is a shame, as the gesture stuff in Black & White would be ace with the Wii-mote.
- Nintendo is promising it’ll have four million Wiis ready for action by the end of 2006. If the Americans nick them all, I’ll be severely displeased…
- Wii outputs in 480p, not 720p. Someone explain to me what this means. I’ll still be able to play on my black-and-white 1975 telly, right?
- New Japanese Wii adverts are online. Disappointing lack of men in vests swallowing hard-boiled eggs.
- Creepiest Nintendo fanboy ever is discovered. Christ.

Im happy that the Wii is outputting progressive, I dont care that its not “Hi Def” 720p. The biggest quality gain on my LCD tellybox over the gamecube is going to be progressive scan.
